IWA 23 – We say thank you to all partners

As members of the Black Ops Coffee Team, we had the pleasure of attending the International Weapons Exhibition 2023 in Nuremberg to support our local partners and keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry.

Although we did not have a stand ourselves due to parallel events, we had to use the opportunity to see our contacts and partners. Many trading partners are only known by e-mail and telephone, and a face-to-face meeting is simply part of building trust in the long term. The exhibitors presented an enormous variety of weapons, ammunition, equipment and accessories for hunters, sport shooters and military personnel.

We had the opportunity to meet some of our partners in person and learn about their latest products and innovations. It was amazing to see how much work and research goes into developing weapons and equipment to improve the safety and effectiveness of soldiers and fighters.

IWA was also a great opportunity for us to network with other companies and experts in the industry. We met with leading manufacturers of weapons and equipment, discussed trends and challenges in the industry and exchanged best practices and ideas.

Besides the work, we also had the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Nuremberg and taste the local cuisine and beer. We also visited the Germanic National Museum and Nuremberg Castle to learn more about the history and culture of the city. Only sleeping in the van with a sleeping bag was a bit uncomfortable….(Note to self: next time book hotel in time).

Overall, IWA 2023 was a great experience for us. We learned a lot, strengthened our relationships and made new friends. We are already looking forward to the next exhibition and to travelling to Nuremberg again.
