The hand roasting of the Heavy Breacher,
is a time-intensive and therefore the more costly roasting method. The green coffee is roasted at 120-200 degrees for up to 20 minutes. Here, the experience of the roast master is crucial for the quality. The roasting master heats the beans to 200 to a maximum of 230°C, which means that roasting takes about twelve to 20 minutes. The long roasting time reduces chlorogenic acid and bitter substances. This makes the coffee particularly digestible (There is no heartburn as with most coffee’s!!!). In addition, the bean has enough time to form its own aroma complexes, which provide a balanced taste.
As an alternative to the Heavy Breacher, the somewhat milder First Responder Coffee.

Endlich ein Kaffee auf Robusta Basis. Definitiv ein Kaffee für Spezialisten. Kräftig im Geschmack aber auch bei stärkerer Dosierung weder unangehm bitter oder sauer. Wirkung kommt schnell aber auch langanhaltend. Als Papa mit 2 Kids im Lockdown das Zünglein an der Waage! Wird wieder gekauft.

Schmeckt intensiv schokoladig und macht wirklich Hallo- wach! Gut für nächtliche Einsätze aller Art und für Leute, die nachts aufstehen müssen, obwohl sie lieber ausschlafen, wie mich. Dabei ist der Kaffee samtweich im Abgang und macht wirklich NULL Sodbrennen. Werde ich ganz sicher wieder kaufen. Damit übersteht man sogar die Zombie Apokalypse!
