Mit Assault und Breacher
Alle Kaffee´s wurden mittels Handröstung hergestellt!
Die Handröstung,
ist eine zeitintensive und dadurch die kostenintensivere Röstmethode. Der Rohkaffee wird bei 120-200 Grad bis zu 20 Minuten geröstet. Hierbei ist die Erfahrung des Röstmeisters entscheidend für die Qualität. Der Röstmeister erhitzt die Bohnen auf 200 bis maximal 230°C, womit die Röstung etwa zwölf bis 20 Minuten dauert. Durch die lange Röstdauer werden Chlorogensäure und Bitterstoffe abgebaut. Dies macht den Kaffee besonders bekömmlich (Es gibt kein Sodbrennen wie bei den meisten Kaffee´s!!!). Darüber hinaus hat die Bohne genügend Zeit, ihre eigenen Aromakomplexe bilden, die für einen ausgewogenen Geschmack sorgen.

With Assault and Breacher
All coffees were made by hand roasting!
The hand roasting,
is a time-intensive and therefore the more costly roasting method. The green coffee is roasted at 120-200 degrees for up to 20 minutes. Here, the experience of the roast master is crucial for the quality. The roasting master heats the beans to 200 to a maximum of 230°C, which means that roasting takes about twelve to 20 minutes. The long roasting time reduces chlorogenic acid and bitter substances. This makes the coffee particularly digestible (There is no heartburn as with most coffee’s!!!). In addition, the bean has enough time to form its own aroma complexes, which provide a balanced taste.
