Big Pack Sniper (1kg),
The Sniper Blend (1kg) is a soft and enveloping blend of fine Arabica coffee from Central America and Brazil as well as Robusta from Africa and Asia. The beans are carefully selected and roasted over wood to achieve maximum flavour and rich aroma. Notes of dried fruit, tobacco and fine chocolate aftertaste make this mixture a mild taste result, which is very low in acid and well tolerated due to gentle hand roasting.
The result is a creamy, harmonious and aromatic coffee.
The hand roasting,
is a time-consuming and therefore more expensive roasting method. The raw coffee is roasted at 120-200 degrees for up to 20 minutes. The experience of the roasting master is decisive for the quality. The roaster heats the beans to 200 to a maximum of 230°C, which takes about 12 to 20 minutes to roast. Due to the long roasting time, chlorogenic acid and bitter substances are broken down. This makes the coffee particularly digestible (there is no heartburn as with most coffees!!!). In addition, the bean has enough time to form its own aroma complexes, which ensure a balanced taste.
As an alternative to the Big Pack Sniper, the Ultra Strong Big Pack Breacher would also be a good choice.
