Breacher (500g) – very strong coffee for the special kick. People who are not used to it should not drink too much at the beginning! Ultra strong.
This fair trade coffee was made like all our coffees by hand roasting.
The hand roasting of the breacher (500g),
is a time-consuming and therefore more expensive roasting method. The raw coffee is roasted at 120-200 degrees for up to 20 minutes. The experience of the roasting master is decisive for the quality. The roaster heats the beans to 200 to a maximum of 230°C, which takes about 12 to 20 minutes to roast. Due to the long roasting time, chlorogenic acid and bitter substances are broken down. This makes the coffee particularly digestible (there is no heartburn as with most coffees!!!). In addition, the bean has enough time to form its own aroma complexes, which ensure a balanced taste.
As an alternative to the Breacher, the slightly milder Assault would also be a good choice.
Coffee is the engine in many authorities and organizations, without which simply nothing can be done. Whether in the operations center in Germany or in the dusty area of application of a foreign country. Coffee is the beginning of every operation and that’s why we start where it all starts.
At BLACK OPS COFFEE, we know how important it is to maximize the concentration for daily operations and to keep morale high. The cup of coffee sometimes works wonders and is the turbo that you can ignite at the decisive moment.
