Breacher (250g ground)
A very strong coffee for the special kick. People who are not used to it should not drink too much of it at the beginning! Ultra strong.
This fair trade coffee is made, as all our coffees, by hand roasting.
is a time-consuming and therefore more expensive roasting method. The experience of the roasting master is decisive for the quality. The roaster heats the beans to between 200°C and a maximum of 230°C, so that it takes about 12 to 20 minutes to roast the beans perfectly. Due to the long roasting time, chlorogenic acid and bitter substances are broken down. This makes the coffee particularly easy to digest (no heartburn will occur as with conventional coffee!!!). In addition, the bean has enough time to form its own aroma complexes, which ensure a balanced taste.
As an alternative to the Breacher, the slightly milder Assault would also be a good choice.
