50K Marsch,
Ausdauer und eine gewisse Robustheit gehören einfach dazu. Spaß, gemeinsame Wanderungen und zwischendurch etwas zur Stärkung essen.
Wir beginnen die Fitness Events mit der klassischen Disziplin des Marsches. Die 50 km werden unter Corona Maßnahmen mit Abstand durchgeführt , über Berge und durch Täler.
Was wird gestellt:
- Ausbilder
- Kleiner Energiesnack in Form von Beef Jerky
- Grillen mit Getränken am Ende
- Kaffee am Start und Ende
- Urkunde am Ende des Marsches plus 50K Patch
- Black Ops Coffee Shirt
Voraussetzungen
- normale körperliche Fitness
- Absolvierung des 30er Marsches (Ausnahme für Behördenmitglieder und Extremsportler–> mit Nachweis)

- wird per Mail dem verbindlichen Anmelder mitgeteilt

Endurance and a certain robustness are simply part of it. Fun, hiking together and eating something in between for refreshment.
We start the fitness events with the classic discipline of marching. The 50 km are carried out under Corona measures with distance , over mountains and through valleys.
What is provided:
- Trainer
- Small energy snack in the form of beef jerky
- Barbecue with drinks at the end
- Coffee at the start and end
- Certificate at the end of the march plus 50K patch
- Black Ops Coffee Shirt
Requirements
- normal physical fitness
- Completion of the 30 march (exception for authority members and extreme athletes–> with proof).
